Searching for Sugar Man Wins Academy Award

HUGE congratulations are in order for the team behind the SXSW 2012 24 Beats per Second film, Searching for Sugar Man. This internationally acclaimed film won the Oscar for best Documentary Feature film at last night's Academy Awards! This is the second consecutive year that a SXSW alum film has won the award, following SXSW 2011 world premiere Undefeated.

SXSW Film is excited to announce that seven-time entrepreneur and Roku CEO/Founder Anthony Wood (pictured) will be kicking off the first annual Startup Alley. Fast Company recently named Roku one of the "50 Most Innovative Companies" for "Leading the Evolution of the Television", so it's appropriate that this conversation with Wood will be moderated by Fast Company executive editor Noah Robischon.
