Paul is the executive Chef at Qui, opening in Spring 2013, the owner of Austin’s renowned East Side King trailers, winner of Top Chef Season 9, and is the recipient of the James Beard Award for Best Chef: Southwest 2012.

With the 2013 SXSW Interactive schedule now online, registrants with an Interactive, Gold, or Platinum badge can sign up to any of our in-depth, hands-on extended workshops discussing a variety of topics including programming, UX, prototyping, game development, startup operations, privacy and legal issues, accessibility, and more. Click on each workshop title link below to be taken to the schedule page for more information and to RSVP a seat.

Registrants must RSVP in advance to attend these workshops. To do so, go to the schedule page for the given workshop, then in the right side of page, click on "Sign in to RSVP" which will prompt you to put in your SXsocial login information. After logging in, you will be taken back to the schedule page. You'll then click on "RSVP to this" to officially sign up for that workshop.
