It may only be October, but the SXSW Gaming Expo already has some big announcements!
The 2013 expo will see not one, but two stages of tournament madness courtesy of IGN Pro League. Also, thanks to GEEK Magazine, there will be a 3rd stage dedicated to all aspects of gaming culture with presentations from Marvel, Mojang, Gearbox Software and many more.
Today, SXSW Interactive announces the majority of programming for the 2013 event, most of which was received through the SXSW PanelPicker process. You can view the list of approximately 450 accepted proposals below organized by category.
From trend-setting interface design to startups in Eastern Europe to new approaches for non-profits to social media in outer space to next-generation DIY innovation, the programming listed below reflects the width of incredible content offered at the SXSW Interactive Festival. The one common thread amongst this programming is massive creativity, which serves as the ongoing currency of conversation in Austin in March.
