SXSW Artist on LP33.tv: Banjo or Freakout

Alessio Natalizia is not planning to bring the next great banjo-based bluegrass show to SXSW, and he isn’t likely to freak out in the middle of one of his dream pop standards during his set in Austin this March. Chowhounds who visit Austin and Central Texas for SXSW make it a point to experience the culinary treasure of Texas barbecue. In March 2009, the SXSW Music Conference presented a distinguished panel of experts, including Rick Schmidt, the owner of the legendary Kreuz Market, to discuss the traditions, tastes and associated lore at the panel "BBQ The Texas Way." We've posted highlights of the panel to whet your appetite for a few slices of brisket in March. The only fork you need is at the end of your arm.
