Round 2 of the 2014 SXSW Music Festival Artists is here! When you are done scrolling through the list faster than your mind can process who will be performing, take a minute and prepare yourself for DJ Paul of Three 6 Mafia. Flying solo to SXSW 2014, DJ Paul is sure to revisit some Three 6 Mafia classics as well as perform tracks off his highly anticipated album, Vol. 16 Original Master, dropping next week on November 26th.

Meanwhile, DJ Paul has reunited with his Three 6 Mafia gang (minus Juicy J) to form Da Mafia 6ix. Last week, Koopsta Knicca, Gangsta Boo, Lord Infamous, Crunchy Black, and DJ Paul released their first mixtape 6ix Commandments under their new project Da Mafia 6ix. The heavy rock influence and crunk beats were mainly produced by DJ Paul.

The gang also revives "Break Da Law" on 6ix Commandments. The original track was released almost 20 years ago and has been modified several times, but this is the best version by far: nothing compares to the dark sound, turntable scratches, and horrorcore verses.

Tune in to Tha Fixx to hear Da Mafia 6ix’s “Break Da Law.” Tha Fixx airs today (Wednesday) at 12 & 6 CDT only on SXSWfm. You can listen here on your mobile device or desktop!
