Texas High School Students - Send Your Films to SXSW!

Written by Jim Kolmar | November 5, 2013

TX High SchoolAre you in 9th through 12th Grade in a Texas High School? Spending all your extra-curricular hours slogging away at an edit bay, or sneaking around with your dad's beat-up old camcorder? We want to see your films!

The call for entries is open for the 11th Annual Texas High School Film Competition. The basic rules are simple, and you can read them here. In a nutshell, you need to be a Texas student enrolled in the 9th through 12th grades for the full academic year, and your film must max out at five minutes. There's a little more to it than that, so check out this page, then head here to submit your film. For general film submission info, take a look at our FAQ.

What do you have to lose? Send us your film and be part of SXSW 2014!
