SXSW Music Festival is pleased to announce the SXSW Outdoor Stage featuring Garth Brooks: Presented by Amazon Music located at Lady Bird Lake (800 W. Riverside) on Saturday, March 18, 2017.

All tickets for this event have been claimed. There will be no tickets available onsite and there will be no additional access for members of the public. SXSW Badges, Music Wristbands and Artist Wristbands will have access based on available capacity in the venue.
To enter the SXSW Outdoor Stage at Lady Bird Lake Presented by Amazon Music please bring your photo ID and Ticketmaster mobile ticket to the south entrance of the Palmer Event Center located at 900 Barton Springs Road, Austin, TX 78704 to enter the event. You will be allowed entry to the event once your Ticketmaster mobile ticket and ID are verified. There will be no re-entry allowed for this event.
Complimentary general admission tickets may be obtained starting at 12pm on Friday, March 17. Admission by complimentary ticket to this event will be restricted to residents of Austin and surrounding areas. Residency will be based on credit card billing address. SXSW Registrants and Music Festival wristband holders can also attend, with a special allocation of space made available via Primary and Secondary access. No ticket is required with a badge or wristband.

- Select 1 or 2 tickets and press FIND TICKETS (ticket limit is 2, no exceptions)
- When your selection appears, simply press BUY
- You will then confirm your method of delivery—mobile only—and press CONTINUE
- You will be asked to log into your Ticketmaster account or create an account
- You will be directed to enter a credit card number if you do not already have one in your Ticketmaster Account. Since this is a free event, a charge will not appear on your statement—it is used only to confirm your identity and address.
- Once your transaction has been completed, you will be sent a confirmation email and instructions on how to download your free ticket(s) to your mobile device

About the SXSW Outdoor Stage at Lady Bird Lake
Entry & Re-Entry
Available on a first-come, first-served basis to residents of Austin and the surrounding region, limited to two tickets per person. Enter through the South doors of the Palmer Events Center (900 Barton Springs Rd., Austin, TX 78704).
Your credential is valid for a one-time entry into the event. Once you receive your credential you must enter the event. If you leave the venue there is no re-entry to this event. All credentials are non-transferable and may be removed if you exit the event.
By accepting a credential for this show, you agree to submit to a thorough search, including emptying your pockets and bags. Austin Police officers, Palmer Events Center security, and SXSW security work both inside and outside our events. All narcotics laws are strictly enforced. Unauthorized signs, pamphlets, drones, and promotional materials are prohibited. If prohibited items are found during your search you may either forfeit those items or leave the line to store those items elsewhere. There will not be any bag or locker storage of any kind at the event.
Attendees must have a confirmed ticket, SXSW Badge, SXSW Music Wristband, or SXSW Artist Wristband to gain access to this event. There is no access to this event without one of these credentials.

What Not To Bring
Absolutely no food*, drink*, coolers, pets*, glass, beach umbrellas, chairs, tents, professional photography equipment** or weapons allowed on premises of the SXSW Outdoor Stage at Lady Bird Lake. Personal umbrellas, under 17” in diameter, are allowed.
*Exceptions: food and drink items made only for consumption by children under 5 years of age are permitted. Service animals (as defined by the Department of Justice) and wheelchairs are permitted.
**For Saturday’s Show: No professional cameras unless pre-approved for this show. No video cameras or streaming.
Weapons Free Policy
SXSW is a private event and attending Participants are prohibited from carrying weapons of any kind, including concealed or displayed firearms. Participants are not permitted to bring weapons onto the premises of any official SXSW event. SXSW reserves the right to require such Participants to immediately leave the premises of any official SXSW event, and deactivate and/or revoke the Credentials of Participants who violate this policy. Each Participant agrees that this policy is in force, and agrees to comply with this policy, regardless of whether signs prohibiting weapons are posted at the premises of any official SXSW event.
Transportation & Parking
SXSW Registrants and Wristband holders can catch the SXSW Festival Shuttle from Austin Convention Center to the Outdoor Stage throughout the day. Find out more on our Shuttles Page or track the shuttles in realtime online at shuttles.sxsw.com.
There are several parking options available nearby, but they fill up fast. Early birds can find parking at the Palmer Event Center garage (900 Barton Springs Rd or the Austin Convention Center Garage (201 E 2nd street). After 5pm, you can find other pay-to-park options at One Texas Center garage (505 Barton Springs). Rates vary and these options fill up quickly so consider alternate modes of transportation. Please do not park in residential neighborhoods as you may be towed.
Paid parking is available at the Palmer Event Center garage (900 Barton Springs Rd or the Austin Convention Center Garage (201 E 2nd street) and One Texas Center garage (505 Barton Springs).
Park and Ride parking is available after 6:00PM (Monday through Friday) and all day on Saturday in the Capitol Complex. Garages/lots may be pay-to-park ($7-$20) or free of charge, depending on the day. Parking may also be available in the Capitol Visitors Garage for a fee (by the hour) during the day.
Capital Metro offers several routes that will get you within steps of the Outdoor Stage. Download the CapMetro App to plan your trip, buy transfers or to see when the next bus arrives. Biking and Walking
Those coming from downtown can take the Pfluger Pedestrian Bridge across the lake and access the Concert Site from the West side. Bike parking is located on both sides of the venue so be sure to bring your lock. The SXSW Outdoor Stage at Lady Bird Lake is also located on the Hike and Bike trail and is within walking distance of many hotels, restaurants and neighborhoods. Ride your bike in or catch a bus to a nearby location and enjoy the scenery, ambience, and hospitality of South Austin on your way to the show.
