The Microsoft boss was the closing speaker for SXSW EDU under the banner of the Gates Foundation, which has been heavily involved in school reform efforts. During his Keynote, he argued in favor of using more tech in schools to help personalize learning approaches for individual students and discussed the importance of data in measuring student success.
