Once again, SXSW is offering expanded access to events for all registrants. With one unified conference that spans 24 tracks of programming plus the Cities Summit, we’ll be offering more opportunities for networking, learning, and discovery than ever before.

Music Festival showcases will start on Monday, March 12 while the Film Festival maintains its nine day footprint starting on Friday, March 9.

The Platinum Badge remains your best bet with primary access to all of SXSW. All attendees will receive primary entry to programming associated with their badge type, in addition to enjoying secondary access to most other SXSW events. All SXSW registrants also receive complimentary access to SXSW Gaming.

Pickup your 2018 SXSW badge at the Austin Convention Center in Exhibit Hall 5 from March 8-17 during the Registration Hours listed below by day.

SXSW Badge Pickup will be busiest on Friday, March 9 between 9am – 1pm and Saturday, March 10 morning between 9am – 11am. Other times will usually be less crowded.

Austin Convention Center – Exhibit Hall 5

The main registration area is located in Exhibit Hall 5 on the 4th Street side of the Austin Convention Center (500 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78701). Speakers, Sponsors, Filmmakers, Artists, Sales Clients and Media must go to this location for badge pickup.

Palmer Events Center – Satellite Location

The satellite registration and badge pickup is located in Exhibit Hall 1 of the Palmer Events Center (900 Barton Springs Rd, Austin, Texas 78704) on March 8 and 9 only.
