SXSW Interactive loves celebrating those in our community who innovate, create, disrupt and inspire. As such, for 2014 we will feature four different awards presentations during the event, highlighting the best of the best across some of the many industries that come together for the event.

In addition to the deserved recognition, we feel that sharing their creative work with our registrants will inspire others to make a difference, start a movement or even ignite a hidden passion.

The four awards presentations include:

Thursday evening, March 6: SXSW Dewey Winburne Community Service Awards: Honors 10 digital do-gooders from across the United States and around the world.*

Saturday evening, March 8: SXSW Gaming Awards: Honors major studio, indie and fan-submitted games.*

Sunday evening, March 9: SXSW Accelerator Awards: Honors the best new startups, as judged via this two-day pitch competition.

Tuesday evening, March 11: SXSW Interactive Awards: Honors the best new digital creations. The SXSW Interactive Awards ceremony also includes the SXSW Hall of Fame presentation as well as Speaker of the Event, and Breakout Trend.

*Denotes that this is a free-and-open-to-the-public event.
